Hello Followers,

2022 is fresh and new, and as you might know or not, I will be attending the 2022 Winter Run in London to kick off the running season and do some good at the beginning of the year. All my donations will go directly to Cancer Research UK to help others how need more serious help.
I will be running the 10K on Feb. 13th in London and would be more than happy to take you with me in spirit to support the thousands of others running this event for their cause.
