Keep Writing!

It was a long bank holiday in the UK, and I had planned to finish the second book of Jack. But all I managed was a couple of thousand words for the opening scene of the big finale, and don’t get me wrong, it is a good start but not as productive as I thought. Sometimes you have the best intentions but no motivation; it is what it is. So instead, I went for three good runs three good 5Ks, got my head sorted and took a more relaxed approach over the weekend. It is the writing I love,, and it should not be under pressure. It needs to flow and can not be forced. In this case, it this case, it feels like a step back was a good step forward to remind me why I am writing. It is for all of you and the Fans of Jack. Writing is an escape from the pressure of the nine to five. Jack is on a good way into trouble right now, and he needs my full attention to keep him alive and carry on having adventures. So bSo be aware that book 2 has some surprises!
